Himalayan Wild Honey
I come from the Apis Cerena honeybee hives, indigenous to the middle to high altitudes of Jaunpur and Jaunsar regions (5000 to 8000 ft) of Garhwal Himalayas. The area is famous for rich floral diversity. The valleys are filled with buransh (Rhododendron), Amaranth and other seasonal wildflowers found in the meadows. The bee hives include wall hives, long hives and wooden bee boxes that are kept in the high mountain villages.
